Refund policy

Return or Exchange Eligibility:

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim for a return or exchange if:
  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The product(s) must be unused, in the original packaging.

How to Apply for a Return:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to shopthirdcoat@gmail.com or by calling at 03097223954.
  • Provide photographic evidence of the defective item via email within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, but we charge ZERO for sending you back the replacement.
  • In case of a defective piece received by the customer, the cost of delivery charges will be reimbursed via bank transfer.

Return Processing Time:

  • We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned item.
  • During busy sale events, please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.

Refund Policy:

  • We do offer refunds in case the item is damaged or if there was a mistake by the packing staff and the product received does not match the product you ordered.
  • In the case of a refund, shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
  • The minimum period for processing a refund is 7-10 working days.

Non-Support Scenarios:

  • Exchange requests made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • The product was tampered.
